The Business Operations team supports initiatives ranging from project and program management to systems deployments, agency integrations, process optimization, business analysis, workflow redesign, operating models, playbooks, and organizational enablement. Team members work across multiple functions and business areas in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with collaborators to drive efficiency, alignment, and operational excellence. Core Capability Areas Systems Deployments & Integrations: Supports the successful deployment, integration, optimization, and adoption of systems and platforms. This includes requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation support, systems integration, training, change enablement, and operationalization. Business Optimization & Enablement: Focuses on improving how the business works through process mapping, workflow optimization, business analysis, ways of working, operating models, POV development, playbooks, and scalable enablement solutions. Project and Program Management: Provides structured project and program management support to drive successful delivery of critical initiatives. This includes governance, project plans, timelines, risk and dependency management, partner coordination, executive status reporting, and multi-functional delivery leadership. Business Operations team members are aligned to a primary capability area while partnering multi-functionally across initiatives. Projects are staffed through a matrixed model based on business need, complexity, and abilities, enabling teams to bring together the right mix of project management, systems expertise, and business optimization capabilities to solve business problems and deliver outcomes. We are seeking a highly organized, focused, and collaborative Associate Director, Business Transformation to support the Systems Deployments & Integrations workstream. The role leads the successful execution of operational and systems-related initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a senior delivery lead responsible for managing medium-to-large systems deployments, integrations, and operational initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and business effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strong business operator with experience leading implementations, gathering requirements, coordinating partners, and translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions. The Associate Director will partner closely with business leaders, functional teams, vendors, and project collaborators to assess requirements, drive implementation activities, and ensure systems and operational processes are successfully deployed and adopted. This role requires strong organization, structured problem-solving, partner management, and the ability to drive execution in a highly matrixed environment. Responsibilities Lead medium-to-large systems deployment and integration initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and operationalization Serve as the day-to-day lead across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of project activities, deliverables, timelines, and partner expectations Partner with collaborators to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify operational solutions that support business objectives Facilitate discovery sessions, business requirements gathering, process reviews, and workflow discussions to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, issue management, and resolution activities Coordinate multi-functional teams, collaborators, vendors, and implementation partners to support successful execution and adoption Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, documentation, trackers, and supporting materials Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts and proactively develop mitigation strategies Support governance, achievement tracking, executive reporting, and decision-making processes Ensure systems align with business processes, workflows, and ways of working Support initiatives in communication, training, and enablement efforts to drive successful adoption and long-term sustainability Develop executive-ready presentations, recommendations, status updates, and implementation summaries Create and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and operational playbooks Mentor Managers, Senior Analysts, and junior team members while providing guidance on implementation approaches, partner management, and deliverable quality Drive continuous improvement efforts by finding opportunities to streamline implementation processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience leading systems deployments, integrations, operational implementations, or business systems initiatives Ability to independently manage medium-to-large initiatives with multiple partners, workstreams, and competing priorities Strong business analysis and structured problem-solving capabilities Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into operational and systems solutions Demonstrated experience with UAT planning, systems implementation, workflow enablement, and systems integrations Strong partner management and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across multi-functional teams and partners Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready materials Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead discovery sessions, working sessions, and partner workshops Ability to balance critical thinking with practical execution and measurable business outcomes Functional Expertise - Systems Deployments & Integrations Business requirements gathering Business process and workflow documentation Current-state and future-state process analysis User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution Systems deployment and systems integration coordination Partner and vendor management Operational readiness and go-live planning Change management, training, and user adoption SOP and playbook development Risk, issue, and dependency management Business process improvement Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in business operations, systems implementation, business analysis, project/program management, consulting, operational excellence, or related functions Demonstrated experience leading systems deployments, integrations, operational implementations, or multi-functional business initiatives Experience managing medium-to-large projects in highly matrixed environments Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, including executive storytelling, formatting, and presentation guidelines Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to organize, synthesize, analyze, and present information effectively Experience working with enterprise systems, business platforms, workflow tools, or operational technologies preferred Experience in marketing, media, agency, consulting, professional services, or similarly complex organizations preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, influence partners, and drive operational outcomes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
