    Position SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Campaign Strategy Associate Director to lead the development and orchestration of full‑funnel, integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media channels. This role is responsible for driving audience engagement, pipeline growth and revenue impact through campaign strategy, cross‑channel integration and data‑driven decision making. The ideal candidate combines strong campaign leadership with fluency in marketing automation (HubSpot) and paid media (LinkedIn and Google Ads) – focusing on strategy, orchestration, execution and performance optimisation. This is an individual contributor role.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & PlanningOwn end‑to‑end campaign strategy, including audience segmentation, journey design and channel mixDevelop integrated campaign plans aligned with business goals, product priorities and target personasLead account‑based marketing (ABM) campaign design, including alignment of account lists across marketing and salesPartner with Growth, Performance Marketing, Content and Sales to ensure coordinated executionCampaign Orchestration & ExecutionTranslate campaign strategy into clear briefs, asset plans and activation timelinesExecute across email, web, paid media, social and eventsEnsure campaigns are cohesive across all touchpoints, including digital and sales engagementLead stakeholder alignment and campaign governance using project management best practicesMarketing Automation (HubSpot)Design and oversee multi‑touch nurture programs and campaign workflows in HubSpotLeverage lifecycle stages, segmentation and lead scoring to drive engagement and conversionEnsure campaigns are properly structured for tracking, attribution and reportingPartner with Marketing Operations for technical configuration, integrations and data model managementPaid Media Strategy (LinkedIn and Google)Define the role of paid media within each campaign, including budget allocation, channel mix and audience strategyLead LinkedIn campaign strategy, including company and persona targeting (ABM alignment), format selection (lead gen forms, video, document ads, etc.) and message alignment with campaign stagesGuide Google Ads strategy, including high‑intent search capture, retargeting strategy and funnel alignmentPartner with internal teams or agencies to execute campaigns and optimise performanceMeasurement and OptimizationEstablish reporting frameworks across HubSpot, CRM (Dynamics) and paid media platformsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimisation recommendationsPresent insights to stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadershipQualifications8+ years of experience in B2B campaign strategy, demand generation or integrated marketingProven ability to lead cross‑channel, full‑funnel campaigns from strategy through executionStrong working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar MAP) for campaign and nurture designExperience with paid media channels, especially LinkedIn and Google AdsExperience partnering with sales and aligning campaigns to pipeline outcomesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic decisionsExcellent communication, leadership and project management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in ABM strategy and campaign orchestrationExperience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar CRM platformsFamiliarity with multi‑touch attribution and campaign measurement frameworksExperience collaborating with agencies or managing external media partnersCertifications in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or HubSpotAbility to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environmentBenefitsFlexible work scheduleReferral incentive programmeOpportunity to work in an agile environmentCareer development and promotion opportunitiesComprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) on day oneEqual Opportunity StatementSedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug‑Free Workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
