Exciting Opportunity: Associate Director of Clinical Data Management

I'm currently seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Data Management to lead and oversee data management activities across clinical trials. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of data, from planning to database lock, while driving best practices and managing key vendor relationships.

Location: Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading partnerships with clinical CROs
- Overseeing outsourced data management processes from RFP to database lock
- Designing database plans and ensuring adherence to CDASH and SDTM standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget
- Addressing data-related issues and ensuring readiness for early-phase deliverables

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of clinical data management experience
- Strong vendor management skills and technical proficiency in data platforms
- Experience with CDASH, SDTM, and familiarity with FDA/ICH GCP guidelines
