G18 Stem Cell Unit is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Nursing to lead one of the nation's premier oncology inpatient teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to oversee a dynamic 48-bed Stem Cell Transplant unit, driving clinical excellence, operational performance, workforce engagement, and outstanding patient outcomes in a world-renowned cancer center.
The ideal candidate is a transformational nursing leader with progressive inpatient leadership experience, preferably in oncology or other high-acuity acute care settings. This leader will provide primary day-shift operational oversight for a 48-bed inpatient unit while ensuring continuous 24/7 accountability for clinical excellence, patient safety, workforce engagement, and operational performance.
They possess a proven ability to develop and execute strategic priorities that align with organizational goals, driving measurable results in clinical quality, patient safety, workforce engagement, financial stewardship, productivity, patient throughput, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate excels at fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in nursing practice.
A successful leader in this role is adept at coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical nurses and support staff, creating an environment that promotes professional growth, clinical competence, and career advancement. Salary range:
Minimum $149,500 - Midpoint $187,000 - Maximum $224,500
