What you will enjoy doing*

  • Develop and execute a national strategy to grow the construction business across multiple industry sectors including industrial, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, and data centers
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key EPC firms, engineering companies, contractors, and industrial owners to secure new business opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate business development efforts across multiple geographic regions, collaborating with regional teams and cross-functional departments to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • You are expected to represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and construction organizations to enhance market presence and identify new leads
  • Drive alignment between regional sales organizations and national business objectives, supporting major project pursuits from identification through execution and startup
  • You are going to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer investments to provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Facilitate contract negotiations, strategic agreements, and project pursuit strategies to maximize business outcomes
  • Support internal teams with customized supply solutions and coordinate executive-level customer engagements and presentations

What makes you great

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced business degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, construction, industrial gas, engineering, or project management
  • Proven success in developing relationships with EPC firms, engineering companies, industrial owners, or large contractors and leading multi-regional business development initiatives
  • You have strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, industrial construction methodologies, and capital project development processes
  • You have the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Financial acumen with experience in developing business cases and growth strategies
  • You are proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 75%, adapting to customer and project needs
