The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Associate Director Data Science for a prominent client of ours. This position is located at East Hanover, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:
Type: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Location: One Health Plaza, East Hanover, NJ 07936
Pay: $80/hr on W2
Duration: 1 year

Job Description
- Own the enterprise Salesforce Agentforce product roadmap, capability strategy, and agile backlog.
- Manage intake, qualification, prioritization, epics, features, user stories, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and release plans for AI agent capabilities.
- Define reusable Agentforce patterns leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud as a governed customer data and context layer.
- Coordinate Agentforce dependencies across Data Cloud, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, legal, risk, and AI governance.
- Establish requirements for agent grounding, context, access controls, human oversight, evaluation, reliability, traceability, and responsible AI.
- Partner with AI governance and Center of Excellence teams to design, validate, release, monitor, and operate Agentforce capabilities.
- Track business value, adoption, agent quality, governance compliance, risk, roadmap health, and platform reuse.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, AI Product Management, CRM platforms, automation, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- AI-enabled product delivery and enterprise AI agent workflows.
- Data grounding, contextual AI, access controls, agent evaluation, human oversight, and responsible AI governance.
- Agile product roadmap and backlog management.
- Salesforce customer data and CRM platforms.
- AI agent guardrails, evaluation criteria, and release governance.
- Experience managing technical dependencies across Data Cloud, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, legal, risk, and AI governance.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce APIs, workflow automation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- AI governance frameworks and model/agent evaluation.
- Prompt design, grounding design, AI monitoring, and incident management.
- Enterprise customer data platforms and AI-enabled automation.
- Pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
