Associate Director Digital Media

Overview: Reporting to the EVP, the Associate Media Director - Digital will help establish and optimize team and agency processes. You will drive digital strategy, manage and develop talent, and focus on process improvement. This role includes direct management of select digital team members (approximately 4-5 people and contract/freelance talent).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Account Service team to guide digital marketing initiatives.
  
• Develop strategic digital marketing plans across diverse business verticals and budgets.
  
• Gather and analyze data to optimize digital programs.
  
• Manage digital projects and third-party partnerships.
  
• Present agency perspectives confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Manage and develop direct reports within the agency’s Talent Development program.
  
• Ensure fiscal accountability at the portfolio level.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of digital marketing experience.
  
• Agency experience in digital strategy and implementation.
  
• Proven team management skills.
  
• Experience with web development, media planning, SEO, email, inbound marketing.
  
• Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
