Associate DirectorOur client is a global, multibillion dollar manufacturing conglomerate hiring out of its SC site due to growth. The business is in search of an Associate Director which will lead a team of Engineers to champion major CAPEX projects for manufacturing operations expansion.Job DescriptionLead project and process engineering efforts across equipment, automation, facility, and production improvement projects.Build, mentor, and guide a high‑performing engineering team.Develop capital project business cases and secure internal approvals.Create project schedules and deliver progress updates to leadership.Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.Develop equipment specifications, RFQs, bid comparisons, and vendor negotiations.Manage installations, utilities, commissioning, and validation support activities.Oversee PFMEA development and foundational engineering processes.Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide CAD layouts and 3D mechanical support when required.Prepare technical reports and corrective action responses as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
