Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Involvement and Engagement, the Associate Director for Student Involvement provides strategic leadership and operations oversight for the Student Involvement elements of the department's portfolio, including student organization development and administration, campus-wide programming, and community engagement efforts.
As a member of the departmental leadership team, the Associate Director plays a central role in advancing a comprehensive involvement strategy that fosters belonging, supports student development, and contributes to the institution's retention and student success outcomes.
Utilizing the student success framework, the Associate Director leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement efforts of a co-curricular experience that connects students to the university community, strengthens student organizations and creates meaningful pathways for students' involvement journey.
