Description:
Join a leading global biopharmaceutical organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative therapies. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) & Real-World Evidence (RWE) to lead evidence generation initiatives that demonstrate the clinical, economic, and real-world value of innovative therapies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HEOR professional who enjoys collaborating across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, and Research teams to influence evidence strategy and support patient access.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute US HEOR and RWE evidence generation strategies aligned with medical and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the design, execution, analysis, and publication of high-quality HEOR and RWE studies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external research partners to evaluate clinical, humanistic, and economic outcomes.
  • Create value communication resources, including AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and other payer-facing materials.
  • Support field-based teams by developing educational resources and delivering training on value communication.
  • Present approved evidence and value materials during customer engagements as needed.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met.
  • Stay current on emerging HEOR methodologies, real-world evidence trends, and healthcare policy developments.

Qualifications
Required Education
  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS, or MPH) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

Required Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) or a closely related field.
  • HEOR fellowship experience may be considered toward the required experience.
  • Experience presenting HEOR or RWE research at scientific conferences or in customer-facing field roles.

Desired Skills
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare reimbursement and market access landscape.
  • Experience developing payer evidence and value communication materials.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external research organizations and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
