Odyssey Systems is recruiting an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of programs within our Cybersecurity, Communications & Networks, and Nuclear Deterrence (CCN2) Business Unit. This leader will drive operational excellence, ensure high‑quality program performance, and empower Program Managers, Task Leads, and staff to deliver results that advance both customer and company objectives.
In this role, the Associate Director embodies Commitment by championing mission success and customer satisfaction, demonstrates Ambition through continuous improvement and proactive growth of their portfolio, and models Respect by building trusted relationships, elevating employee engagement, and fostering clear, positive communication.
The Associate Director oversees program operations, financial performance, supervision, and subcontractor partnerships while working closely with our Business Development team to support strategic growth. Odyssey’s CCN2 Group delivers critical support to customers whose work enables warfighter mission success—and this position plays a key part in powering that purpose.
The position manages all aspects of execution (e.g., personnel, contract, and funding/billing) of the Portfolio at Eglin AFB, FL.
