Title: Associate Director of Advancement Communications

Description: Grove City College is seeking an Associate Director of Advancement Communications to support the College's Advancement team through an integrated marketing and communications strategy. This position will work closely with the Director of Advancement Communications to develop and implement communications across multiple channels designed to strengthen engagement and directly support giving, alumni and college relations, and the College's overall messaging to alumni, donors, parents, and friends of the College.

Responsibilities include designing graphics and email communications, maintaining web content through the Almabase platform, managing email and mailing requests, coordinating Advancement print projects with Print Services, and supporting marketing efforts for major events and campaigns. The position will also assist with scholarship communications and reports, annual giving initiatives, video production and editing, and alumni podcast production and promotion. Occasional evening and weekend work and travel may be required.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The College prefers candidates with at least five years of experience in a related field and demonstrated graphic design skills. Experience managing print vendor relationships and coordinating print projects is also preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
