The Associate Director of Career Champions Network leads the Boston University Center for Career Development''s (CCD) efforts to integrate career readiness throughout the student academic experience. Reporting to the Director of Career Education, the Associate Director is responsible for building strong relationships with faculty, academic leaders, advisors, and campus partners to strengthen the University''s career ecosystem and provide students with a robust support network for career exploration, readiness, and success. The Associate Director provides leadership for faculty engagement initiatives, including the Career Champions network, career curriculum development, and efforts to integrate career readiness into the academic experience. Working closely with faculty and staff who serve as advisors, mentors, and Career Champions, this role develops partnerships, resources, and educational initiatives that connect academic and career development to equip students with key career readiness skills.
