They will serve as a strategic relationship leader, cultivating and managing key donor partnerships, engaging new supporters, and working closely with leadership to meet fundraising goals.
Key responsibilities include developing major gift initiatives, managing donor portfolios, personally engaging partners, collaborating internally, and strategizing to leverage tax credit programs effectively.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit development or high-level sales, proven success with high-capacity donors, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Mississippi tax credit programs.
A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred. Personal alignment with the organization’s mission and values is essential.
