Job Description
The Associate Director of ECHO Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Show-Me ECHO Operations team and supervises six ECHO Coordinators responsible for supporting the implementation and coordination of ECHO programs. This position ensures consistent, high-quality operational practices across ECHO programs, provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to ECHO Coordinators, and oversees standardized workflows and processes related to ECHO coordination, Salesforce, and the MTN CRM. The Associate Director monitors operational capacity and performance, promotes data integrity and consistent documentation, and serves as a key liaison between ECHO Operations and MTN leadership. The position participates in internal leadership and cross-functional committees, supports continuous improvement and organizational planning, and collaborates with MTN leaders to advance the quality, efficiency, sustainability, and growth of Show-Me ECHO.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, education, or a related field
Years of Experience: Three or more years of progressively responsible supervisory or team leadership experience
Niche Professional Interests: Familiarity with the Project ECHO model, telehealth, continuing education, or healthcare workforce development
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $54,000 - $67,000 annually
Grade: GGS - 010
