About the Role

As the Associate Director, Regional Office Services, you will provide leadership for workplace operations, administrative services, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple Business Services Organization (BSO) locations throughout the Americas. This highly visible role supports teams in Memphis, Bloomington, Toronto, Mexico City, and Brazil while ensuring a consistent employee experience, operational excellence, and effective workplace support across the region.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a team of administrative professionals and serve as a trusted business partner to leaders across multiple functions and locations. The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, workplace strategy, business continuity efforts, and office operations while fostering a safe, productive, and connected work environment. This role requires a relationship-oriented leader who can influence stakeholders, lead through collaboration, and effectively manage regional operations in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Please Note:

  • This is a hybrid position based in Memphis, Tennessee.
  • The starting annual base salary range is $125,000 - $135,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • This position is also eligible for participation in CBRE's annual bonus program.

What You'll Do

  • Lead workplace operations, administrative services, and employee engagement programs across multiple Business Services Organization (BSO) locations throughout the Americas region.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development for administrative support staff, including remote team members.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, connected, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Plan and lead town halls, employee recognition programs, volunteer activities, philanthropy efforts, and workplace events.
  • Serve as a highly visible leader and trusted partner to employees, business leaders, and key stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure safe, productive, and well-maintained work environments that support business objectives.
  • Direct office services activities including workplace communications, onboarding support, travel coordination, equipment management, and office resources.
  • Manage office and center operating budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and sound financial stewardship.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, employees, vendors, and cross-functional partners to support organizational goals.
  • Influence and drive initiatives across teams and functions where direct reporting relationships may not exist.
  • Lead communications and support activities for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, organizational initiatives, and policy rollouts.
  • Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), workplace readiness efforts, and Local Incident Response Team (LIRT) programs.
  • Partner with facilities and real estate teams on workplace projects, vendor services, and lease-related activities to support operational effectiveness and cost management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and overall workplace performance.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience leading office operations, workplace services, business operations, administrative services, or similar functions across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing and developing remote, hybrid, or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven success developing and leading employee engagement, workplace culture, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience managing operational budgets, vendors, and workplace-related expenses.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams and coordinating high-level communications and organizational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), workplace safety programs, or incident response processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with facilities management, workplace services, or lease administration is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex, and difficult information while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results across multiple locations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Advanced organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate math and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze expenses, and support operational decision-making.
