Role description
Job Title: Engagement Manager
Location: Boston MA
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
The Engagement Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a single project or workstream ensuring execution within agreed scope schedule cost and quality. The role focuses on operational excellence stakeholder coordination and adherence to defined delivery and governance processes
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Prepare and maintain project plans schedules and delivery milestones
Track and report status risks issues dependencies and action items
Ensure adherence to contract scope SLAs and delivery commitments
Coordinate with cross-functional teams Development QA Infra Business
Monitor project effort productivity and utilization against plan
Facilitate client communication reviews and status meetings
Ensure compliance with organizational processes audits and quality standards
Escalate risks and issues proactively to senior management when required
Decision Financial Responsibilities
Manage project-level delivery decisions within approved scope
Support effort tracking and basic cost monitoring
No direct PL ownership input provided to senior project program leadership
Required Skills Experience
12-15 years of experience in Project Management Delivery roles
Experience managing small to midsize projects or modules
Working knowledge of Agile Waterfall delivery methodologies
Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA MS Project Confluence Excel
Stakeholder Interaction
Internal delivery teams and managers
Client project stakeholders operational level
Support functions PMO Finance Quality HR

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 annually. Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
