Role description

Location:Denver, CO (5 days onsite)

Role Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple related projects within a program to achieve strategic business objectives The role involves program planning governance stakeholder management risk management financial oversight and ensuring successful delivery of program outcomes across multiple teams service lines and geographies

Key Responsibilities

1 Program Strategy Planning

  • Define program objectives scope roadmap and success criteria
  • Establish program governance structures and delivery frameworks
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans milestones and dependencies
  • Align program deliverables with business and client objectives

2 Program Delivery Execution

  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program
  • Ensure delivery within agreed scope schedule budget and quality targets
  • Monitor progress and resolve crossproject issues and dependencies
  • Drive programlevel decisionmaking and prioritization

3 Governance Reporting

  • Conduct program reviews steering committee meetings and governance forums
  • Track and report program KPIs milestones risks and financial performance
  • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain program dashboards and reporting artifacts

4 Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with clients business leaders delivery teams vendors and partners
  • Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout the program lifecycle

5 Risk Issue Management

  • Establish and maintain a program RAID log Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies
  • Identify assess and mitigate program risks
  • Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution

6 Financial Management

  • Manage program budgets forecasts and resource plans
  • Monitor financial performance margins and cost optimization opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and business targets

7 Resource Capacity Management

  • Plan resource demand across projects
  • Coordinate staffing utilization and capacity planning activities
  • Support workforce development and capability building

8 Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements automation initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Promote best practices in project and program management
  • Capture lessons learned and implement improvement actions

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
