ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) - Cambridge Real Estate (CRE) team, will report to the Head of Real Estate for this integrated investment, development, and asset management platform overseeing a $4 billion real estate portfolio including more than 1.5 million square feet of operating assets, a development pipeline exceeding 3 million square feet, and approximately 100 properties; lead asset-level investment analysis across the portfolio, including underwriting, forecasting, and performance evaluation; support asset strategy, capital allocation, and key investment decisions; and help modernize MITIMCo's investment platform by developing an integrated underwriting and forecasting framework that enhances decision-making, risk management, and capital allocation.
