Reporting to the Department of Medicine Director of Research Administration, the Associate Director in Training and Quality Assurance will serve as an expert in sponsored research grant management and policy for the Department of Medicine. The primary responsibility of the Associate Director in Training and Quality Assurance is to establish standards for measuring staff performance and provide trainings/professional development for new and existing research administrative staff. This role will assist the Director in the departments other Core areas (Clinical, Finance, Education) as it pertains to research. There are four key areas of focus for this position.

Communications and Project Management
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience; Masters' degree preferred.
