The role of Engagement and Annual Giving Programs is to build a strong and lasting connection between the university and its community, nurturing a sense of pride, belonging, and active involvement. We strive to establish a pathway that enables alumni, parents, students, and friends to develop a lifelong philanthropic relationship with WashU, contributing to its growth, sustainability, and continued excellence.
The Associate Director reports to the Director of Reunion and Class Gift Programs. The primary area of focus will be oversight of reunion committees with an emphasis on peer-to-peer outreach and solicitation. Primary responsibilities include working with the director on identifying and recruiting alumni committee members, providing volunteer training for outreach and solicitation best practices, and collaborating with internal colleagues to identify potential class challenge donors. The ideal candidate should be innovative and enthusiastic about expanding this program to drive philanthropic support and increase participation in our annual fund peer-to-peer solicitations.

This position is located in St. Louis, MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $58,400 - $66,000.
### Salary Range
$58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
