Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP, Social Media and Director, Social Media to support our employee social media strategy, building and sustaining our internal influencer program
  • Manages practicing physician relationships as part of our internal influencer program, bringing key stakeholders along
  • Manages practicing physician voices on Instagram, LinkedIn and over time, TikTok
  • Build and manages processes with key stakeholders like corporate comms, marketing and local comms and marketing teams to ensure visibility, coordination and approvals, as needed
  • Manages strategic content approach, pulling in key data from search, influencer communities, business objectives and health care industry to drive prioritization of content calendars
  • Develops concepts and owns pitching including video story boards, competitive and best-in-class examples
  • Provides video storyboard, filming or postproduction support as needed; ensuring viewability and engagement
  • Manage day-to-day publishing operations, including video uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and scheduling for maximum impact
  • Write search friendly captions and thumbnails, capturing internal influencers voice
  • Coordinates boosting of posts to key audiences with agency or internal partner
  • Coordinates amplification of content through relevant corporate channels
  • Manages influencer's communities, including engaging with positive comments and drafting potential responses to neutral and negative comment
  • Provides reporting with actionable insights to key stakeholders as well as for leadership meetings like monthly business reviews
  • Establish best practices for clinical staff, nurses and doctors, across our organization in a highly regulated industry
  • Stay current on Instagram TikTok algorithms, and platform policy updates-especially those impacting healthcare content
  • Provide strategic support to the social media and digital teams, as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing; experience in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Proven deep platform knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and video best practices
  • Proven solid storytelling skills; ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content
  • Experience advising cross functional partners on video strategy and best practices mapped back to business goals
  • Proven solid relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization
  • Proficiency with social media analytics platforms, and content creation
  • Ability to turn insights into action
  • Proven excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA guidelines, FTC advertising standards)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
