Requirements
- Current licensure as an MD/DO, PA-C/NP in the State of Michigan
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Division Head in strategic planning, goal setting, and execution of divisional initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow oversight, and policy implementation
- Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty/staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management processes
- Help oversee budgets, resources, and compliance with institutional or organizational policies
- Represent the division in meetings, committees, and cross-functional collaborations
- Step in for the Division Head as needed to ensure continuity of leadership
