Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental institution.
- Possession of an active, unrestricted dental license in your state.
- Nitrous sedation certification as required by state regulations.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- DEA certification.
- Obtained NPI number.
