Newmark's West Coast Investment Sales team seeks a driven and analytically minded associate to support the execution and marketing of institutional investment sales assignments. The team has closed over $75 billion in institutional sales and structured financings and has maintained the #1 market share for office sales in Greater Los Angeles for five consecutive years. The associate will work directly with lead brokers and analysts across the full deal life cycle, from comparable analysis and offering materials through tours, best and final rounds and closing, making this a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience on landmark transactions with a best-in-class group of professionals.
