As an Associate Employment Specialist, you will support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, staffing operations, and workforce administration for an on-site client while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership. This is a contract, short-term assignment (~3 months)

Essential Functions
Coordinate and schedule all hourly hiring activities
Manage the skilled assessment program
Schedule Microsoft Teams and onsite interviews
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the selection process
Prepare offer letters, ACFs, onboarding assessments, and other employment documentation
Coordinate document approvals and candidate acceptance processes
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) for skilled positions
Provide weekly staffing updates to HR Business Partners and management
Communicate daily with hiring managers regarding recruiting activity and candidate status
Participate in quarterly business reviews with client leadership
Coordinate and participate in hiring events
Post internship, co-op, and apprenticeship opportunities through TalentHub, MAU Jobs, and external job boards
Coordinate placement testing, interviews, onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, and medical testing for co-op and apprenticeship candidates
Organize team-building activities and conduct post-program interviews for co-op participants
Participate in weekly client staffing meetings and monthly MAU staffing meetings
Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-train in onsite management functions
Perform additional duties as assigned

Occasional work at customer locations, including office and manufacturing environments
Exposure to manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles when onsite
May work in non-temperature-controlled facilities or GMP clean room environments
