Job Description
- Deliver expert legal advice and counsel to clients within the professional services sector.
- Conduct legal research and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal issues to provide clear recommendations.
- Support litigation processes, including preparing case materials and representing clients as needed.
- Keep updated on legal developments and industry trends to advise clients proactively.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to the professional services industry.
