Job Summary:This role involves conducting essential laboratory testing under supervision, adhering strictly to established protocols and operational standards. The position requires proficient operation and basic maintenance of various lab equipment, alongside meticulous documentation of experimental findings. Additionally, the associate will contribute to laboratory management through planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory tests according to approved protocols and SOPs.
- Operate and troubleshoot diverse laboratory equipment.
- Manage lab inventory and operational expenses.
- Assist in planning and scheduling laboratory activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing procedures.
Must-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of cGMP in Bio/Pharma environments.
- Experience with laboratory testing and management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience in the Bio-Tech or Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred for this role.
