B.S. in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred) 0-3 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or product-related role Strong interest in product management, sales, and industrial markets Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus Basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new products and markets Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ownership mindset Limited travel required
