Base Salary: $100k $110k + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Associate-level opportunity sits within the Equity team of a well-established global institutional investment manager, combining trade execution responsibilities with portfolio administration, performance measurement, and operations support across equity strategies. The role offers a unique dual mandate sitting at the intersection of trading and operations making it an ideal fit for a detail-oriented financial services professional with equity markets experience who wants meaningful front-to-back exposure in a collaborative, globally connected team environment. Candidates with a long-term interest in either trading or operations who bring strong technical skills and a zero-error mindset will thrive in this seat.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute equity trades within established guidelines with a focus on quality of execution and full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;complete all trades in a timely manner in collaboration with Operations, broker/dealers, and back-office teams
  • Manage the processing and settlement of trades in accordance with trading and operations guidelines and standards;assess, interpret, and report on relevant market practices and developments
  • Responsible for fund performance measurement and allocation;monitor and track portfolio cash positions and maintain up-to-date performance and ratings data
  • Communicate and collaborate with the operations analyst and front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of trades, reporting, and adherence to compliance requirements
  • Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements across equity portfolio activity
  • Collaborate with the operations analyst and IT teams to develop and implement automation projects
  • Maintain and oversee equity-related databases;recommend and advise on process improvements as market practices evolve
  • Provide administrative support to equity research analysts and the operations analyst to ensure accurate trading activity, analysis, and reporting
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and support team functions as assigned
