RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute equity trades within established guidelines with a focus on quality of execution and full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;complete all trades in a timely manner in collaboration with Operations, broker/dealers, and back-office teams
Manage the processing and settlement of trades in accordance with trading and operations guidelines and standards;assess, interpret, and report on relevant market practices and developments
Responsible for fund performance measurement and allocation;monitor and track portfolio cash positions and maintain up-to-date performance and ratings data
Communicate and collaborate with the operations analyst and front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of trades, reporting, and adherence to compliance requirements
Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements across equity portfolio activity
Collaborate with the operations analyst and IT teams to develop and implement automation projects
Maintain and oversee equity-related databases;recommend and advise on process improvements as market practices evolve
Provide administrative support to equity research analysts and the operations analyst to ensure accurate trading activity, analysis, and reporting
Perform miscellaneous duties and support team functions as assigned
