The Associate Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative tasks related to escrow closings.
  • Perform secretarial and clerical duties to assist in gathering information and handling funds for escrow closings.
  • Answer phone calls, greet customers, make outbound calls, and obtain various information required for escrow closings.
  • Process opening orders, perform initial file setup, handle the deposit and distribution of funds, prepare written transmittals for funds and documents, manage reconveyances, perform pre-closing file maintenance, and follow up on assigned files after closing.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • One year of related experience in the real estate or title industry is preferred but not required.
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
