Associate Event Producer - Grandscape

Pay Range: $51,426 - 63,768 annually

As Grandscape's Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing on-going/repeat marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research and managing circular and premium processes. You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on business needs. Evening and weekend availability required.

Plan From concept to implementation, assist in planning marketing eventsManage Own the prize give-away process, budget and direct customer contactCommunicate Relay event information both internally and externallyAssist in conducting circular shops, internet statistics, and competitor reportsStrategize Direct event activities to be in line with the strategic goals of the department and company

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environmentKnowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferredExperience with promotions and event coordination preferredValid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving recordAbility to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Software ApplicationsInternet skills preferredExcellent Proofreading skillsDetail orientedPre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
