Works on a variety of equipment and in various environments within the buildings as conditions require. Responsible for various tasks such as changing lights, changing air filters, minor plumbing & toilet repairs, battery testing, ordering parts, cleaning of mechanical spaces, assist building engineers with major repairs & projects, and other duties as assigned. Will be required to work outside on the grounds when conditions warrant, such as snow removal, lawn & garden care and parking garage cleaning. Will perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks. May be required to cover back shifts. Responsible for all work as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of mechanical/electrical/electronic related field experience
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional grounds maintenance experience

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
