If you are willing to travel and enjoy solving fresh technical challenges every day, you'll fit right in.The Associate Field Engineer will work onsite in Reno, NV at our clients' locations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers.Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self‑directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Hold a valid, current Driver's License and be insurable by the company's insurance carrier.Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods.Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.Preferred QualificationsBackground: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless). Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.Communication: Ability to explain technical info to non‑technical people and work well within a team.Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.Additional informationThis position does not support immigration sponsorship.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $35,500.00 and $71,500.00.
