The role reports to the Field Service Manager, operates from a Concord, NH base, and works remotely to cover the New England territory while traveling throughout the region.ResponsibilitiesConduct troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair of Beckman Coulter equipment.Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.Use business systems such as OBI, Salesforce and SharePoint for service call planning.Communicate with internal and external customers, acknowledging and addressing their specific needs.Assist in training newer Field Service Engineers.QualificationsAssociate degree (preferably in technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related field) or equivalent military experience.Minimum of 1 year diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment or instrumentation.Ability to manage a dynamic service schedule, travel within the assigned region, and complete documentation while meeting company performance and compliance requirements.Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsTravel 100% within the assigned territory; limited overnight travel.Hold a current valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record over the past three years.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch, push, pull and sit for extended periods.Reach work areas at, above, and below shoulder level and possess hand and finger dexterity.Additional ExperiencePrevious field service experience in medical devices, biotechnology or other highly regulated industries.Customer-facing experience in high-pressure hospital or laboratory settings.Compensation and BenefitsHourly range $35.00–$38.00.Eligible for bonus or incentive pay.Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) to eligible employees.Remote work arrangement is eligible; eligibility for additional flexibility will be discussed during the interview.EEO StatementDanaher Corporation and all Danaher Companies are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
