Associate Finance (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) - D.C.

Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its leading Project Development & Finance practice. What You’ll Do:

• Draft and negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts
• Advise project sponsors, owners, and developers on major energy and infrastructure projects
• Support project development and financing transactions across domestic and international markets
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-value deals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in project development, construction, or infrastructure transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, and large-scale project work
• J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission to a U.S. Bar (or eligibility)
