Our client is a Growing Investment Firm in Orange County and this is a newly created role reporting to the CIO. We are looking for an ambitious Accountant, Auditor or Analyst with 3-5 years of professional experience. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience and take on special projects. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organization skills with excellent communication and technical skills. This individual must have the ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and quarterly investor reporting
  • Assist with credit analysis
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Prepare annual reporting for third party entities and yearly tax compliance.
Knowledge/Experience
  • 3-5 years of general accounting or finance experience including financial reporting, budgeting, balance sheet reconciliations and credit.
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Industry experience is a plus ( investment, real estate, outsourced accounting, family office).
  • Solid Excel
