What You Will Do
Advise clients on a range of finance and transaction matters, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis to support complex transactions and financing arrangements.
Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including agreements and contracts, with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive guidance to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–4 years of experience in finance and transactions within a law firm setting.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with venture capital and private equity transactions.
Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
A strong academic background in finance, law, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $260K, complemented by a competitive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
