Job Description:

Volante Integrated Planning is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and developing personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situation, identify opportunities, and recommend appropriate strategies across areas such as retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, insurance and estate planning. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses for clients

• Develop personalized financial plans based on clients’ goals, risk tolerance and time horizon

• Provide ongoing financial guidance and recommendations to clients

• Implement investment strategies and manage client portfolios
• \n
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, financial products and industry regulations
• \n
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors, and estate planners, to provide holistic financial solutions

• Cultivate and expand client relationships through networking and referrals
• \n
• Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies to empower informed decision-making

Qualifications:

• \n
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• \n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team
• \n
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• \n
• Relevant licenses and certifications (life and health insurance, SIE, Series 63, and 7) preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus commission opportunities
