What You Will Do
Provide legal support on a variety of finance-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing financial agreements and contracts, focusing on accuracy and risk management.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for client engagement and case management.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies.
Participate in client meetings, offering insights and solutions to complex financial issues.
Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices within the finance team.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial institutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
1–3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, focusing on financial institutions or related areas.
Strong understanding of finance-related legal frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with legal technology tools and software used in financial law practices.
Familiarity with international finance regulations and cross-border transactions.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the legal field.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $250K, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting top talent. In addition to competitive compensation, the firm offers a supportive hybrid work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
