    Mid-Level Associate

    FIG-Asset Management/M&A

    New York

    The FIG M&A practice based in the New York office is looking for a mid-level associate (i.e., class of 2020-2018) with strong M&A and corporate experience, with experience in, and an understanding of, the asset management and/or private funds industry a plus. This associate would focus on a wide range of market-leading M&A and corporate transactions involving public and private asset management firms. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience required. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

    Associates who join laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
