Title: Associate Fixed Income Operations & Trade Lifecycle Support

ABOUT THE ROLE
This Associate-level opportunity sits within the Fixed Income Operations team of a well-established and rapidly growing global financial services platform, offering hands-on exposure across the full trade lifecycle for fixed income products spanning Credit, Rates, US Treasuries, MBS, Repo, and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage. The role combines daily operational execution (trade processing, break resolution, settlement oversight, and corporate action management) with active cross-training across business lines and a continuous improvement mindset. It's an ideal fit for a detail-oriented fixed income operations professional with 3+ years of experience who combines strong product knowledge across corporate bonds and US Treasuries with proficiency in industry-standard fixed income operations and clearing systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Front Office to ensure accurate processing of all credit and rates trading activity;monitor and resolve customer unaffirmed trades, street-side breaks, and failed trades
Research and resolve position breaks and allocation discrepancies;track, resolve, and UAT test issues or new projects across internal and vendor systems
Monitor Bank Cash Screens including Fedwire and GSCC/FICC Clearing for US Treasuries
Support all aspects of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage activities including customer cash projections, settlements, trade processing, and setup
Review daily controls across credit and rates vendor systems;supervise and track all credit corporate bond conversion requests
Work closely with counterparties and clearing firm contacts to support corporate credit trading and resolve settlement and corporate action-related breaks
Understand and oversee team processes;identify areas for increased efficiency and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Assume responsibility for handling transactions and resolving or recommending resolution to issues within area of expertise
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and applicable exchanges;adhere to the operational risk framework and SOX operational requirements relevant to the role
Report policy breaches to Compliance and supervisors as required;escalate risk events immediately;provide input to risk management processes as needed
Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and conduct in line with firm values and Code of Conduct at all times
