We are seeking a seasoned educator and thought leader who combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for shaping practice-oriented insights for today's business leaders. This is not a traditional operations management role. We are looking for someone who brings a systems thinking perspective to operations that emphasizes helping leaders understand how operational choices create second- and third-order effects across interconnected value chains and organizations. We are particularly interested in candidates exploring technology's evolving role in operations ranging from business analytics and automation to AI-enabled decision-making, including how large language models and domain-specific AI shape operational resilience and performance. While this position emphasizes practical impact and executive education, we remain an AACSB-accredited institution with high standards for research productivity. Candidates must have a distinguished record of publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals as well as demonstrated excellence in teaching. However, this role is ideal for a scholar who has excelled in traditional academic research and MBA teaching and is now seeking to broaden their focus toward executive education, applied research, and practitioner-oriented thought leadership.
We especially welcome candidates who:
