Scope:
- Drive key components of the month-end close and NAV process across a multi-entity structure
- Partner on investment funding, deal setup, and ongoing fund operations
- Support investor reporting, financials, and performance analytics
- Review third-party administrator work and maintain a high bar for accuracy
- Collaborate across Operations, Tax, Legal, Technology, and Front Office teams
- Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives tied to scale, automation, and efficiency
Qualifications:
- CPA with 3–5 years of experience (large public accounting firm, Big 4 preferred, with financial services clients)
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and fund structures
- Exposure to fee calculations / carry waterfalls is a plus
- Advanced Excel; experience with Alteryx, Anaplan, Power BI is a plus
- High attention to detail, but more importantly — intellectual curiosity and ownership mindset
