Fund Finance Associate – Boston (2–3 Years)

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Boston office in a growing Fund Finance practice. The group represents leading banks and financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated financings for private equity and venture capital funds, management companies, general partners, and portfolio companies.

Role Summary

• Draft and negotiate loan documents for complex financing transactions.
  

• Review diligence materials tied to private equity and venture capital fund structures.
  

• Develop direct client relationships early, with opportunities to handle increasing responsibility on active matters.
  

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in debt finance transactions.
  

• Lender-side representation strongly preferred.
  

• Familiarity with fund structures, LPAs, and related documentation.
  

• Massachusetts bar membership required.
