What is the Position?

Evercore, the leading global independent investment bank, is looking to hire a Senior Analyst/Junior Associate to join the Human Capital Group's Talent Development team. This individual will play an integral role in the execution and continued evolution of Talent Development programming across the firm, while also supporting the day-to-day oversight of the firm's learning management system.

The Talent Development Group is a lean, high-performing team, whose operating model differs meaningfully from traditional corporate learning and development. Our approach seeks to scale the apprenticeship model through which many of our senior bankers and other professionals learned their craft. We work in close partnership with the business on the strategy, priorities, and execution of talent development initiatives.

Approximately 90% of our content is taught by bankers and senior Evercore professionals. Our role is to partner with these outstanding faculty members to develop content, structure programs, and build on-demand resources that meet the needs of a demanding population of investment bankers and other accomplished professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Talent Development Programs

• Program Execution: Support end-to-end delivery of Talent Development programming (for both in-person and virtual audiences) across the firm, including our Advisory, Equities, and Corporate Groups.

• Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with Office Services, IT/AV, and other internal partners to ensure seamless execution of in-person and virtual programming across a range of Talent Development offerings.

• Program Strategy: Work closely with Talent Development team and key business stakeholders to continually augment and evolve talent development programming, with a focus on banking, technical, and professional skills for continued career advancement.

• Learning Management System

• Programming Facilitation : Collaborate with various stakeholders across Evercore to support recurring and annual firmwide training initiatives that leverage the LMS.

• Vendor and Global Technology Coordination: Support relationship with external LMS vendor and work closely with Global Technology team t to troubleshoot system integration and functionality issues, drive issues to resolution, and identify opportunities to improve the platform experience.

• LMS Strategy: Work closely with the Talent Development team and Global Technology to evolve and optimize the firm's use of the LMS, including leveraging data and analytics to assess engagement, inform programming decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• On-Demand Learning: Support ongoing efforts to expand high-quality on-demand learning and thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled tools and approaches into Talent Development programming.

Specific Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a leading global investment bank, with the confidence, maturity, and judgment to build credibility with senior investment bankers in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience; backgrounds in consulting, financial/professional services, or talent development preferred
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive multiple workstreams from planning through execution
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt across audiences and levels of seniority
• Relationship-oriented and collaborative, with an ability to build strong partnerships across HCG, the business, and broader organization
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious; eager to work hard, learn quickly, and take on increasing responsibility
• Low-ego and highly coachable, with an openness to feedback and desire to continually improve
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Interest in and exposure to AI tools, including ChatGPT, and curiosity about how emerging technologies can enhance learning and employee development
• High comfort level with hybrid work environment, including 4 days per week in our NYC offices

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

This position requires valid United States work authorization and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
