Job Summary The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring efficient inventory operations across the organization. This role involves coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities · Inventory Management: · Monitor and maintain current inventory levels. · Perform system-generated and manual cycle counts. · Reconcile physical inventory with system records. · Process inventory transfers, adjustments, and write-offs. · Documentation & Reporting: · Maintain and update inventory records in ERP systems. · Provide detailed inventory reports to management. · Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. · Problem Solving & Support: · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. · Assist with special projects and support cross-functional teams. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Education and Experience Requirements Requires a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of related experience. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Office environment.
