Description:
We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.
Skills:
· Previous work with state agencies
· Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
· Has multi-state tax experience
· Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
· Communication: Clear and effective communication
· Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
Education: High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
Required:
· Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
· Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
· Attention to detail
· Fast paced
· Project exp- testing exp
· Education- HS diploma
· Payroll exp
· 2- 3 years of exp
Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings
