Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Role Overview
Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support high-volume production and distribution operations. This physically active position involves material handling, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse support. Successful candidates will follow established safety and performance procedures while contributing to an efficient, fast-paced operation.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, repack, and prepare products for shipment.
Build pallets for small-parcel and less-than-truckload shipments.
Load and unload materials using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts.
Receive, stock, replenish, and organize warehouse inventory.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
Sort components and transport materials between warehouse areas.
Complete general nontechnical facility and equipment-support tasks, including battery changes.
Follow established safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, pick up, and move materials for extended periods.
Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment that may be noisy.
Ability to follow instructions and comply with established safety procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented approach with effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability to work 50–60 hours per week, including required overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or distribution environment.
Experience using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts.
Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, or inventory-counting processes.
