Position Function:
Assess risk, analyzes, and helps to structure Private Banking credit requests to facilitate the credit decision-making process. Discusses requests with Private Banking Officers and/or Credit Administrators, periodically meets clients and prospective clients with Private Banking Officers. Provides support on renewals/modifications. Documents the credit decision and supporting rationale in a clear, fair, and balanced manner. Assures that all credits meet CPB quality targets, lending policies, and underwriting guidelines. Assists with team portfolio management. Coordinates documentation with Documentation Department and external attorneys, as needed.
